4. Processing & Delivery

As we operate under a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier (often located in Asia).

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or external logistics factors.

  • Noirs & Rose is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.

6. Liability

Noirs & Rose shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage during shipping if tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

  • Incorrect address details submitted by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Indirect damages, including loss of profits or consequential damages.

Customers are responsible for carefully verifying their shipping details before completing their order.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
