Return & Refund Policy
At Noirs & Rose, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please carefully review the conditions below.
Because we work with international suppliers, specific return conditions apply.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically received.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs duties.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

All labels, tags, and original packaging must remain attached and intact.

Trying on items is allowed; however, wearing items beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not permitted.
Noirs & Rose reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps carefully:
Step 1:
Contact us at info@noirs-rose.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2:
After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Please note that our supplier is located internationally (in most cases, China).
Step 3:
Ship the item back at your own expense. This includes:

International shipping fees

Customs charges (if applicable)

Any additional carrier fees
Step 4:
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes Track & Trace. Noirs & Rose is not responsible for lost returns without valid tracking confirmation.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has:

Arrived at the designated return address

Been inspected and approved
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
4. Liability & Responsibility

Noirs & Rose is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen international shipping circumstances.
5. Important Notice Regarding International Returns
As we operate under a dropshipping model and work with international fulfillment partners, return shipping may be more costly than domestic returns. By placing an order with Noirs & Rose, you acknowledge and accept these return conditions.
